Personal Development Is Your Key To Numis Success

Want to really blow the doors wide open on your Numis business?
It’s all about your personal development, your personal skills and your attitude.
There is an old phrase in our business that says, “Work harder on yourself than you do on your business”. Don’t wish the business were easier, wish you were better.
The greater the skill levels then the less effort is needed. The less your skill levels then the greater the effort. But if you have great skill levels and a great effort, you are on your way to 6 Star.
Sponsoring, developing leaders and building your teams become a very simple task.
Here is what I would recommend to start on right away to develop you.
Get on a daily reading program. Read, read, and read. Read books. Read articles, read emails read online posting. Read anything and everything you can that is positive and uplifting to you.
Read at least 15 -20 minutes everyday. Read from the classic books like How To Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnage. Read current books like The Business Of The 21st Century.
Just read.
Also, start listening to audios and CDs that are positive and uplifting. Listen to that one Numis CDs that Numis has on their Success Club. Record your upline at meetings and listen to them over and over. Download the audios in your back office and listen to them on the way to and from work.
Finally, start attending seminars and events. Live events take your personal development to a whole new level. All your senses take in the experience at a live event. You see it, you hear it and you feel it.
Get to a Numis University. Get to a local meeting. Get to the national convention.
Remember, personal develop is like food. Even though you just ate yesterday doesn’t mean you are not hungry today. Your body needs food. Your mind is the same way. You have to feed it everyday. You have to work on it every day.
Just reading a book 5 years ago or listening to CD last month or attended a meeting last week doesn’t mean you don’t need it today. We all need it. Your mind needs it.
If you are moving you should be listening. If you are at rest you should reading. And if you are in an area where there are live meetings, you should be attending.
