Just Quit MLM If You Can’t Do This…
You might as well quit if you are not able to put together two important aspects of Network Marketing. You are just wasting your time and money.
One of the easiest areas of the business is sponsoring. Yet so many people in MLM just cannot figure out that is not only a great skill but also it is critical skill.
If you can’t recruit and sponsor you are not going to make any money. Period.
Instead of jumping into one more “new” company – invest your time and money into learning how to market and sponsor others. If you can’t sponsor it is not the company’s fault nor your product. It is YOU.
Go and get some good training. Take a course like Mike Dillard’s course, Magnetic Sponsoring, and pay attention to it. Actually implement some of his strategies. Go read, How to Win friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie. Attend some Internet training and learn the recruiting process online. Yes, it may take some time and money but you are spending that already.
There is not one MLM that exists that you don’t have to sponsor to make any money. Not only do you have to sponsor, the top leaders help others to sponsor too.
Without the ability to sponsor you are doomed before you even start. Who are you trying to kid? You must learn to sponsor - either in person, online, by the phone or in print. Learn this skill and you’ll be successful in every company you join.
It could be said that if you have a hard time sponsoring, at least pick a comp plan where you don’t have sponsor a lot of people. – But sorry, it doesn’t exist. Sure there are comp plans that will reword you for staying around but to make any serious money, you’ll have to learn to recruit.
If you do not have skill set in place, ride the coattail of the major players. At least pick comp plan, like a linear plan, that the people that sponsor the most are forced to place everyone they sponsor into your business. That way your base can be in place whenever you are ready.
Actually sponsoring is the easiest part of being a successful network marketer. If you can’t do the easy stuff, how are you ever going to do the more complex skills?
Actually, having a massive enormous huge downline is the most difficult part of the business. Lots of networkers have the ability to sponsor but somehow they can never build a large organization. And, that’s where all the big money is placed!
MLM companies reward all the leaders of the biggest organizations. These top marketers have shown they can put together masses of people for the company and they are massively rewarded.
These top leaders are not necessarily the best at sponsoring but they ended up with a huge downline. You get a large downline going and you could be set for life. With a large downline, your personally sponsoring efforts become very insignificant.
If you have a comp plan that forces requires every new person in the company to be placed in your business, then your base is a gold mine waiting to be mined.
Imagine having 1,000, 2,000, 5,000 or even 15,000 people below you. You could hire someone to market for you if you had those kinds of numbers in place. Your ROI would be off the charts. Even if it took a year to learn to sponsor yourself, you would be light years ahead of everyone else.
How many networkers do you know that have thousands of people below them that they get paid on? There are not many major leaders that would not want to start off with a big downline already in place. If you are in a linear plan now, be thankful because most of the MLM world is not.
Here’s the key: There are two major components necessary to highly successful in any MLM: One, you must have the ability to sponsor. Two, you have to have an enormous downline.
The hardest part can be solved easily since there is nothing better than a linear plan for obtaining a large downline in a short timeframe. However, you still have to learn to recruit and sponsor.
If you are not willing to learn, then quit now and save your money and time.
