Here’s a real simple 3-step approach to starting the sponsoring process with anyone:
“Do you have 15 minutes? I have something I want you to see…You may or may not be interested!”
I like this approach because it is short, easy to remember and it cuts to the chase. You don’t have to “hemha” around trying to find out what to say or how to bring up the business.
You can do it over the phone or in person.
You can book an appointment or you can send them to an online presentation.
You can hand them a CD or you can mail a DVD.
The beauty is in its simplicity.
You can reverse the order or mix and match.
In other words – even I cannot mess it up!
It only takes about 5 seconds to get out and nothing but good can come of it.
“Hey_____, Do you have 15 minutes? You may or may not be interested but I have something I want you to see!”
“Hey_____, You may or may not be interested but do you have 15 minutes? I have something I want you to see!”
“Hey_____, I have something I want you to see and you may or may not be interested but do you have 15 minutes?”
Keep it simple…build it big!
