5 Easy Steps To Sponsoring Quality People

It is still a mystery to me why so many people make sponsoring in network marketing so hard. 

It is simple BUT there are some steps that have to be done daily.  Most likely your company has a set of steps in place to sponsor.  Also, as likely, most people will not follow those steps.

I have NO idea why people resist following what the industry and their company already knows what works!  (Actually I do have some strong opinions on this but that is for a different article.)

Maybe people want the Internet to sponsor people for them.  Perhaps some don’t want to call their friends, co-workers and family one more time.   Maybe they are waiting for their downline to get going.  Maybe they think they can’t do it.   

Lots of excuses why people won’t but the facts are that those that will reach out daily – WILL SPONSOR PEOPLE.  Quality people.

I have never seen anyone who sticks with the basics not sponsor quality people.

It really is more a consistency of motion than a blitz of activity. 

I have a simple 5 easy steps process that will get you “in the groove”:

  1. Make a list
  2. Contact people on that list
  3. Show them your opportunity
  4. Follow up
  5. Call your upline for help


**Now just rotate this pattern - over and over and over and over and over and over.

Just doing a little everyday.  Contact someone on your list everyday.  Make a 2 min phone call just to start the process.  All you want to do is get in motion. 

Remember -  “A body in motion tends to stay in motion and a body at rest tends to stay at rest.”

Then once you get going you are going to sponsor people.  Then the people you sponsor do the same little things – a little everyday.   Then they start sponsoring.

Everyone doing a little adds up to a lot!

Think of it this way, would you rather sponsor 500 people or have 500 people sponsor 1?

The beauty of our industry is that you literally teach people how to grow as a team.  Everyone doing his/her part gives the team exponential growth.  

I like to teach my team to just do their part.  Let’s all sponsor at least 1 person per month.  Every month.  Every time.  No matter what I sponsor 1. 

If I do my part then I can expect others to do their part.
